A captive audience Pauline Rowson talking about her crime novels at Solent U3AOver a hundred people from the Solent U3A turned out to hear crime author Pauline Rowson talk about her flawed and rugged detective, DI Andy Horton on the 11th June at Fareham, Hampshire.

Pauline Rowson entertained members of the audience with tales of her dogged Portsmouth cop and explained how she plots, researches and writes her crime novels set on the South Coast of England.

Crime author Pauline Rowson talking about her crime novels to Solent U3A June 2014She talked about the inspiration behind the Horton novels and her two standalone crime novels, In Cold Daylight and In For The Kill. After the talk there followed a lively Q & A session and a book signing. 

Published by Severn House, Pauline Rowson has been hailed as "redefining the genre of  the police dramaā€¯ and her crime novels have been highly acclaimed by reviewers in the UK and the USA. They have been translated into several languages.
