The CWA (Crime Writers' Association) and Penguin Random House’s Dead Good crime community are sponsoring  the 2014 Dagger in the Library Award and the chance to  win £200 worth of books.

Pauline Rowson was nominated for the Dagger in the Library Award and long listed in 2008. Since then she has gone on to write several more in the ever popular DI Andy Horton series which has received critical acclaim from the UK and the USA.

The Dagger in the Library is one of six highly prized CWA Dagger Awards, which have been awarded to crime writers since 1955. It offers a chance for readers to nominate their favourite British crime fiction authors. 

The Dagger in the Library is awarded not for an individual book but for the author’s body of work to date. Nominated authors should have published at least three books. Pauline Rowson is the author of thirteen crime novels, which are very popular with library readers both in the UK and the USA and has a rapidly growing fan base, across the world.

Voters will automatically be entered into a prize draw to win £200 worth of crime books. Nominations close on September 1st 2014.
