Pauline Rowson to reveal the secrets of crime writing at Stubbington Library


Pauline Rowson at Portchester LibraryCrime author, Pauline Rowson is to reveal the secrets of crime writing at Stubbington Library, Hampshire on July 12th at 6pm where she will talk about how she plots, researches and writes her popular crime novels set in the Solent area on the South Coast of England.

Pauline Rowson is the author of twelve novels in the DI Andy Horton series, two standalone thrillers and two crime novels in a new fast-paced, action-packed marine  crime series featuring former Royal Marine Commando turned undercover marine investigator, Art Marvik.

Dangerous Cargo, is the second in the Art Marvik marine crime series published by Severn House in the UK in May 2016.  It is to be published in the USA in September 2016.   The first in the Art Marvik series, Silent Running was published in the UK and the USA in 2015 and  has been hailed by reviewers as  'A tense, terrifying thrill ride that twists and turns with dizzying speed.'

Fatal Catch, the twelfth in the Horton crime series, was published in 2015. The DI Andy Horton crime novels have been optioned by top UK production company, Lime Pictures, who are seeking to bring the enigmatic sailing detective to the TV screens.

Pauline Rowson's novels have received critical acclaim in the UK, USA and Commonwealth where they have been hailed as "exemplary police procedurals”, "cleverly plotted,” "complex and multi-layered.”
