Deadly Waters, an Inspector Horton marine mystery crime novel by Pauline Rowson featured on Exclusively Independent

Deadly Waters by Pauline Rowson, the second in the Inspector Horton series of marine mystery crime novels set in the Solent area on the South Coast of England is now being featured in a British Arts Council initiative in conjunction with publisher, Legend Press, called Exclusively Independent. There are now five novels in the Inspector Horton series, Tide of Death, Deadly Waters, The Suffocating Sea, Dead Man's Wharf and Blood on the Sand.
