Pauline Rowson to appear at CrimeFest 2014

Pauline Rowson, author of the DI Andy Horton crime novelsCrime author Pauline Rowson is to appear at Crimefest 2014, a crime fiction convention held annually in Bristol, UK which attracts audiences from around the World.

Pauline Rowson will be appearing on a panel on Friday 16 May with fellow crime authors Elizabeth Haynes, Chris Longmuir, Lesley Thomson and Felix Francis entitled "What’s So Good About Crime?" It will be held between 17.10 and 18.00.

Crimefest is a crime fiction convention which follows the format of US conventions and includes interviews, panels, and a gala dinner.

Pauline Rowson is the author of  two stand alone crime novels and the popular DI Andy Horton series of police procedural crime novels set on the South Coast of England in the Solent area.  She has been credited as "redefining the genre of  the police drama”. Her cops are tough yet fallible.

Highly acclaimed by reviewers in the UK and the USA and translated into several languages, the DI Andy Horton novels have been hailed as having everything: compelling crimes, complex past history, a tough work environment, romantic entanglements and political intrigue played out against the dramatic and powerfully evocative British marine landscape of Portsmouth and the Solent.
