DI Andy Horton crime novel, A Killing Coast, Published in Large Print

A Killing Coast - a DI Andy Horton crime novel by Pauline RowsoneA Killing Coast, the seventh in the DI Andy Horton series by Pauline Rowson, has been published in Large Print by Severn House Publishers. It is already available in paperback, as an ebook and in audio book format.

The highly acclaimed DI Andy Horton series is set in the Solent area of Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight on the South Coast of England. The series has  received glowing reviews in the UK, Commonwealth  and the USA where Rowson's novels have been hailed as 'multilayered, twisted and complex,' and likened to the novels of Peter Robinson, John Harvey and Ed McBain.

The latest in the DI Andy Horton series, Shroud of Evil, was published in the UK and USA in 2014 by Severn House. It is the eleventh to feature the enigmatic detective and is currently available in hardcover and as an ebook. It will be published in paperback in autumn 2015 when the twelfth in the Horton series, Fatal Catch, will also be published in hardcover by Severn House.

In A Killing Coast, the seventh in the series, DI Andy Horton's capabilities are thrown into question when a body is found floating in the sea off Portsmouth harbour and an old flame of Horton's shows up on a millionaire's yacht at Portsmouth's waterfront  marina. Not only does he need to find a brutal killer, but he now also has to prove he's still up to the job.
Pauline Rowson's crime novels have been described as ‘a high quality puzzle" with "devious plots"  "taut and exciting."

She lives on the South Coast of England where her novels are set and has been nominated for the Dagger in the Library Award and her thriller, In Cold Daylight was voted as the third most popular novel for World Book Day 2008.  Her novels have been translated into several languages.
