Pauline Rowson entertains readers at Hythe Library

Pauline talked about the inspiration behind her popular mystery crime novels set on the South Coast of England and how she researches, plots and writes them including her new 1950 set mystery, DEATH IN THE COVE, introducing Inspector Alun Ryga published in paperback, e book, Kindle, Kobo and audio book on 26 September 2019.
Pauline Rowson is the author of twenty crime novels - fourteen featuring the flawed and rugged Portsmouth copper DI Andy Horton, three in her Art Marvik series, two standalone thrillers IN COLD DAYLIGHT and IN FOR THE KILL and the first in her 1950 set series with Inspector Ryga.

Pauline Rowson explained how she develops her plot lines by creating a storyboard; how she creates her characters using spidergrams and how she researches the police procedure and the forensic aspects of her multi-layered crime novels.
