A trip down memory lane with crime author Pauline Rowson at Southampton Probus Club

Members of Southampton East Probus were entertained by internationally acclaimed crime author Pauline Rowson on Wednesday 20 June 2018 when she talked about the secrets of successful crime writing and about her crime novels set on the South Coast of England.
Pauline Rowson explained how she researches her crime novels, including the police and forensic research and how she creates her characters. She talked about the background to her two main protagonists, the flawed and rugged sailing detective, Inspector Andy Horton and former Royal Marine Commando, Art Marvik, now an undercover investigator for the UK's National Intelligence Marine Squad.
