Crime author on research on the Bridge of the St Clare

My crime novels and thrillers are set in the Portsmouth and Isle of Wight area and I took a special trip across the Solent on the Wightlink ferry, St Clare, in September to sign copies of the DI Andy Horton novel
Death Lies Beneath which is dedicated to the Captains and crew of the Wightlink ferries and in particular Captain Paul Marshall and Captain John Monk who have allowed me to travel on the Bridge of the St Clare and have helped me with my research.
Here are some photographs from my trip.

Signing Death Lies Beneath for Captain Paul Marshall on the bridge of the St Clare
Death Lies Beneath, is the eighth in the popular marine mystery series featuring the flawed and rugged detective, DI Horton. It is set in Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight. The Wightlink ferry service between Portsmouth and Fishbourne is featured regularly in the Horton crime novels and also in the thriller
In For The Kill.
Pauline Rowson, Captain Paul Marshall and officers.
