Crime and a captivated audience at Probus Annual Lunch

A captivated audience, hooked on crime, Pauline Rowson talking about her crime novels to Fareham Probus Continuing my theme of looking back at my talks over the years, in the absence of them in 2020 because of the rules and regulations surrounding  Covid-19, I was delighted to talk to a  captivated audience  at the annual lunch of Fareham and Meon Probus on 8 October 2014.

I'm sure that members must be missing their meetings, lunch and talks dreadfully.

, Pauline Rowson talking about her Marine Mystery Crime novels set on the South Coast of EnglandI entertained them with the exploits of my heroes in my crime novels the rugged and flawed DI Andy Horton, and I talked about my two standalone crime novels, In For The Kill and In Cold Daylight,

Pauline Rowson talking about her crime novels to Fareham Probus members October 2014It was a very enjoyable lunch and a great audience. I talked about the inspiration behind my crime novels, which are set on the  South Coast of England, how I turn ideas into plots, develop my characters, map out the story line and come up with the finished goods.

Pauline Rowson talking about her crime novel, Deadly Waters, to Fareham Probus membersSince this talk  there are now 15 in the DI Andy Horton crime series, three Art Marvik mystery thrillers, two 1950s set Inspector Ryga mysteries and my two stand alone thrillers.
