What's on in July 2022

Andy is on a sailing trip to France when Cantelli phones him to say his nephew, Johnnie Oslow, is missing. Johnnie was due to take part in the Cowes Week yacht races on the Isle of Wight, but he never turned up. DCI Bliss,Horton’s boss, thinks Johnnie's gone off with a woman. Cantelli insists he wouldn't. Then the charred remains of a body are discovered in a disused tunnel. Is it Cantelli’s nephew?
The search for a missing person soon becomes a hunt for a ruthless killer. And this killer is just getting started.

There are fifteen in the DI Andy Horton series which are being re-released on Amazon Kindle and in paperback, and great news, number sixteen is to be published later this year.
In July I'll also be entertaining readers of Lee Hub Community Library at Lee-on-the-Solent in Hampshire. They'll be joining me for crime and cake and hearing how I plot, research and write my crime novels.
Aside from the above I will be continuing to write number 5 in the 1950s set Inspector Ryga series. Number 4 is to be published either later this year or in January 2023.
Plus lots of lovely coastal walks, not only good for exercise and well being, but also for the little grey cells, they always stimulate ideas and help me to think through plots.
