On loation and The Rat Island Murders

In this short video I’m talking about DI Andy Horton Solent Murder Mystery, The Rat Island Murders.  This is book 14 in the series of currently 19.

Five skeletons are unearthed on uninhabited Rat Island, owned by the Ministry of Defence in Portsmouth Harbour.  One is that of a woman murdered in the 1980s.

Horton receives a mysterious phone call from Adele Goldsby, the daughter of a Portsmouth politician who died in suspicious circumstances.  She says she has something important she wants to tell Horton and he must meet her on Wightlink ferry urgently.

But she doesn’t show up.  She is nowhere to be found.  What was she going to tell him?  Horton suspects the Goldsby case is somehow linked with the skeletal remains of the woman murdered in the 1980s who  Detective Sergeant Cantelli has dubbed, "Quintessa"  Now all he has to do is convince his bosses.

What readers say…

“A page turner ‘til the end, it is a convoluted story of love, a father’s unwillingness to give it, blackmail and multiple murders.” Kindle Customer

“Intricate plot and a very good read. I gobbled this one up. If you like British Crime this is an outstanding series.” Margo
